What is the position?
The Wealth Management Operations Specialist supports quality testing and operational readiness for financial services systems. This role focuses on validating workflows, data movement, and system accuracy to ensure reliable client delivery.
What are the responsibilities?
As a Wealth Management Operations Specialist, you will:
- Build and run regression testing scenarios based on approved test cases
- Review workflows across systems to confirm accurate processing and data transfer
- Check data quality, field mapping, formatting, and system outputs
- Record defects with clear steps, impact level, and supporting documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Track testing progress, retesting cycles, defects, and overall status updates
- Identify risks, blockers, and critical issues that may affect delivery
- Support improvements to testing standards and operational processes
What are the requirements?
- 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, banking operations, or financial services
- Hands-on experience with UAT, regression testing, and production-impacting environments
- Knowledge of QE practices, test planning, case execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution
- Understanding of client onboarding, account updates, and transaction workflows
- Ability to validate data across systems and identify integrity concerns
- Experience creating audit-ready testing logs and documentation
- Strong root cause analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
