What are the responsibilities?
As a Warehouse Manager , you will:
- Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with store leadership and sales teams to support promotions, maintain product availability, and improve fulfillment speed.
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through hiring, scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
- Track operational performance metrics such as productivity, order accuracy, and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment while overseeing equipment upkeep and operational workflows.
- Help optimize labor, inventory, and warehouse procedures to improve operational efficiency and support increased sales volume.
What are the requirements?
- 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience, preferably within retail or high-volume environments
- Strong background in inventory management and warehouse systems
- Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve operational performance, and maintain a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with lean processes and continuous improvement strategies
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and peak business periods
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Organization and attention to details
- Excellent customer service skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
