What is the position?
The role of the Voice Services Manager is to lead the technical teams and voice communication systems for the organization, ensuring policies and procedures are maintained. 


What are the responsibilities?
As the Voice Services Manager, you will:

  • Lead voice communication systems and fiber infrastructure.
  • Design and implement voice communication systems.
  • Oversee technical staff and organize training activities for teams.
  • Manage voice system procedures and policies.
  • Be responsible for financial management of services.
  • Ensure reliable connectivity across all departments and uninterrupted access to telecommunication systems. 


What are the requirements?

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • MS-700 and/or BICSI Technician Certification preferred
  • 5+ years management experience
  • Legacy phone system (PRI or SIP) preferred
  • AT&T plexar line and Avaya CS1000E 7.5 experience preferred
  • Understanding of SBA (survivable branch appliance) and ATA (analog telephone adaptor) preferred
  • Ability to supervise, mentor, and train teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
