What is the position:

The Sr. Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for liaising with he senior leadership team and key stakeholders to proactively grow and enhance the partner community.

What will you be doing:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the Talent Acquisition field
  • Promote career opportunities within the organization
  • Provide support to the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers
  • Develop, implement and actively monitor an effective recruitment life cycle ensuring an excellent experience for both the hiring manager, successful and unsuccessful candidates.
  • Maintain rigor in selection & assessment practices ensuring that appropriate tools are used to support the hiring decision making process and skills development available as needed with hiring managers and interviewers
  • Work in partnership with the HR Directors to determine Partner resourcing requirements to meet immediate operational and revenue growth plans, in line with any related approvals and headcount control requirements
  • Monitor key recruitment reporting metrics to include time, cost and quality of hire, internal customer satisfaction and broader measures related to retention and new hire productivity and new hire engagement,
  • Drive a rigorous approach to process ensuring HRIS is used accurately for Partner hiring, reporting and audit purposes
  • Ensure data integrity throughout the recruiting process
  • Ensure compliance with internal policy and local, state and country employment legislation relevant to recruiting activities,

What are the requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry preferred
  • Experience of personally delivering senior / executive / Partner level hiring
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Familiarity with an ATS system and the reporting of KPI measures and metrics
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to articulate effectively at executive level
