As a Software Developer, you will:
- Architect, develop, test, and troubleshoot complex software applications and systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and process guidelines.
- Apply artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies to improve business workflows and operational efficiency.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities into production environments while following responsible AI practices.
- Enhance and support existing applications to ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Explore emerging technologies and continuously expand technical expertise to drive innovation.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years professional software development experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), AI development tools, and Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, and generative AI technologies
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and modern development technologies
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions
- Strong database design and querying skills
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking abilities
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
