What is the position?

The Relationship Management Associate will play a pivotal role in the success of the firm through building strong relationships with clients and providing key oversight of back-office investment operational compliance.

What will you do?

As a Relationship Management Associate, you will:

• Support local market activities.
• Assist team members with administrative tasks such as handling trust transactions, correspondence, and documentation for discretionary requests.
• Uphold confidentiality and communicate with clients, potential clients, and other stakeholders, answering regular questions.
• Open/ maintain accounts and monitor cash balances.
• Oversee tax reporting processes.
• Conduct research and input data into relevant databases.
• Assemble presentations for clients and marketing.
• Complete other administrative tasks such as attending meetings, addressing visitors, answering phone calls, providing customer service, and keeping records organized. 

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Financial Industry, Wealth Management, or related field
• Marketing/sales experience required
• Trust/banking experience preferred
• Able to read, interpret, and write general business reports, correspondence, manuals, journals, etc.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
• Ability to troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication skills
