As a Project Manager, you will:
- Coordinate all phases of the Education Information System implementation project.
- Lead project meetings with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and the vendor's project manager.
- Identify project risks, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including implementation decisions, meeting notes, and action items.
- Ensure accountability by tracking deliverables and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
What are the requirements?
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale software implementation projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and project governance.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, prioritize competing demands, and keep projects moving forward.
- Experience with Education Information Systems or higher education technology implementations is a plus.
