What are the responsibilities?
As a Project Controls Specialist, you will:
- Oversee project estimating, costing, forecasting, and reporting functions
- Independently manage multiple energy-related projects and coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Utilize Microsoft P6 and other tools to support project scheduling and analytics
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with established Change Management processes
- Assist in the setup and ongoing financial performance tracking of assigned projects
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science, or Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in a Project Controls role within the energy sector
- Proficiency in scheduling software (preferably Microsoft P6)
- Strong multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills
- High accountability, customer focus, and ability to drive results
