The Print Production Specialist will join a fast-paced print center, operating high-speed production printers and wide-format equipment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality output with efficiency and providing excellent customer service within a dynamic team environment.
What are the responsibilities?
As a Print Production Specialist, you will:
- Run Ricoh and Canon printing equipment for both standard and wide-format jobs
- Produce accurate, high-quality print materials on tight deadlines
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on print machinery
- Support customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with print services
- Collaborate with peers to manage workflow and meet production goals
What are the requirements?
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with reprographics or print shop operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with Ricoh 9500, 5310, and Canon 6000 Pro printers
- Experience using a Fiery print controller is a plus
- Prior experience as a copy operator is strongly preferred
