Order Support Specialist

What will you do:
As the Order Support Specialist, you will:
- Facilitate over-the-phone discussions with customers and dealers to address inquiries and transfer them to the relevant person, having gained a comprehensive understanding of the product line.
- Gain proficiency in providing customer support and addressing general customer service inquiries.
- Collaborate with the distribution manager to plan daily shipments effectively and supervise backorder lists as required.
- Communicate crucial matters to dealers, including special shipments and returns.
- Scrutinize incoming orders for accuracy, make any essential adjustments in coordination with the dealer, and enter order into Fishbowl system promptly and precisely.
- Attain proficiency in operating Fishbowl software to monitor inventory levels for dealers.
- Support the CEO, organizing all travel arrangements and handling various requests.
- Oversee facilities headquarters and distribution center, maintaining exclusive relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Manage inventory of supplies, groceries, and other office items as needed.
- Offer general administrative assistance to various departments as required, assisting with special projects and other duties as needed.
- Actively participate in identifying areas within the company where improvements in efficiency can be made.
