What will you do?
As an Office Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee correspondence such as email, mail, and packages.
- Assist guests in a timely manner.
- Manage print logs, check runs, and invoices.
- Assist Marketing team and project managers.
- Answer and maintain the phones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and staff schedules.
- Organize office areas and make sure supplies are stocked.
- Maintain state and firm licensure.
What are the requirements?
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, customers, and other external contacts.
- Ability to learn company specific applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
