What are the responsibilities?
As a Materials Coordinator, you will:
- Prepare detailed material and equipment requisitions based on engineering documents and project specifications.
- Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Create and maintain procurement documentation, including bid packages and tracking tools.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet material needs and timelines.
- Support end-to-end procurement efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related
- 3+ years of procurement experience
- Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail
- Experience with vendors and supply chain processes preferred
- Background in tracking and expediting materials in Oil & Gas required
