What is the position?
The Marketing Administrative Assistant will coordinate and assist with various marketing efforts for specific projects and for the overall corporation.
What will you do?
As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Assist with the completion of marketing projects by performing various administrative and organizational tasks
- Work with various clients to assist with the establishment of specific marketing plans
- Assist with promotional activities and the production of marketing collateral
- Provide support to Project Managers to ensure the efficient completion of marketing projects
- Partner with upper level management to map out corporate marketing strategies and campaigns
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related preferred
- Previous experience in a professional marketing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present ideas and strategies in a creative and clear manner
- Effective project management skills
