Job Description
The Mail Room Clerk support internal operations by handling mail services and general administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient communication and organization within the office, contributing to smooth daily workflows.
What are the responsibilities?
As a Mail Room Clerk, you will:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately
- Track shipments and maintain relevant documentation
- Support departments by collecting mail and posting internal notices
- Provide assistance with copying, printing, and other administrative tasks
- Keep the mailroom organized and respond to employee inquiries regarding deliveries
What are the requirements?
- Prior mailroom experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong time-management and attention to detail
