What are the responsibilities?
As a Loss Mitigation Support Specialist, you will:
- Perform file audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor and regulatory standards.
- Process and maintain borrower documentation by scanning, categorizing, and storing records within designated systems.
- Track trial payment arrangements and confirm payments are received and applied according to established agreements.
- Manage assigned workflow queues and system-generated reports to support loss mitigation operations.
- Provide administrative assistance and operational support for departmental initiatives and daily activities.
What are the requirements?
- Experience working within Loss Mitigation operations.
- Hands-on experience using the MSP (Black Knight) servicing platform.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
