The main function of the Oil & Gas Data Integrity Specialist is to ensure the accurate entry of information into various computer systems in a timely manner.

The main function of the Oil & Gas Data Integrity Specialist is to ensure the accurate entry of information into various computer systems in a timely manner.
What will you do?
As an Oil & Gas Data Integrity Specialist, you will:
- Read source documents such as Excel spreadsheets, and enter data in specific data fields in a PowerApp database application using the keyboard.
- Compare data within source documents to identify and update new, inaccurate, or incomplete data records.
- Reconcile, sort/filter, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Ensure PowerApp database is up to date based on reconciliation with source document spreadsheets.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
What are the requirements?
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to accurately document and record information.
- Previous experience with computer applications especially Microsoft Excel.
- A background working with Oil & Gas equipment data is preferred.
