Job Description

What is the position?
The main function of the Oil & Gas Data Integrity Specialist is to ensure the accurate entry of information into various computer systems in a timely manner.

What will you do?
As an Oil & Gas Data Integrity Specialist, you will:
  • Read source documents such as Excel spreadsheets, and enter data in specific data fields in a PowerApp database application using the keyboard.
  • Compare data within source documents to identify and update new, inaccurate, or incomplete data records.
  • Reconcile, sort/filter, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
  • Ensure PowerApp database is up to date based on reconciliation with source document spreadsheets.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work.

What are the requirements?
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to accurately document and record information.
  • Previous experience with computer applications especially Microsoft Excel.
  • A background working with Oil & Gas equipment data is preferred.
