What are the responsibilities?
As an Implementation Specialist , you will:
- Partner with clients to assess operational needs and define implementation requirements.
- Prepare and align production and field data for seamless software integration.
- Coordinate internal and client-side project tasks for smooth rollouts.
- Customize software systems to meet specific client workflows.
- Conduct testing and data validation to ensure performance and reliability.
- Deliver end-user training and produce support documentation.
- Support go-live events and early-stage user engagement.
- Identify ways to enhance the implementation process and overall client satisfaction.
What are the requirements?
- 2+ years in a technical or analytical role within upstream oil & gas operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Education, or related field preferred
- In-depth knowledge of production workflows and field data processes
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Skilled in Excel, Office 365, and basic SQL
- Familiarity with oil & gas production platforms like Scout, FieldDirect, Peloton, Quorum, or P2 preferred
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., JasperSoft, QuickSight, Spotfire) and certifications in PMP or Agile are a plus
