What is the position?

The role of the IT Security Manager is to manage, plan, and maintain operations within the IT department. You will be responsible for the management of a broad range of equipment, software applications, data networks, assets & procurement, and other operations-related procedures. 

What are the responsibilities?
As the IT Security Manager, you will:

• Lead technology and operations projects from initiation to delivery, allocating resources appropriately and tracking performance.
• Provide training, oversight, evaluations, and hiring decisions for team members.
• Ensure regulation compliance, data integrity, and organization requirements are fulfilled.
• Collaborates with internal personnel, stakeholders, and external parties to implement requirements, maximize efficiency, and resolve issues.
• Monitor adherence to objectives and plans, budgets, and organizational policies and authorize expenditures.
• Document technology information and service reports. 

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, engineering, business, or other STEM field
• 7+ years related experience 
• 3+ years management & development experience
• Oklahoma Class "D" Driver's License
• ITIL Certification preferred
• Familiarity with computer and server/network hardware
• Knowledge of operations management methods
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure systems and systems management application capabilities
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and train teams
• Utilize analytical skills to resolve problems and develop solutions for applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
