What are the responsibilities?
As an IT Architect, you will:
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide data architecture solutions.
- Build and document database schemas and integration frameworks for large-scale data environments.
- Oversee ETL/ELT workflows and ensure efficient data movement across systems.
- Drive optimization of data pipelines and storage for high performance.
- Champion new data technologies and oversee their implementation.
- Mentor and collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
What are the requirements?
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale data architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, and cloud ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of designing enterprise data models across domains
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks and/or Snowflake
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and executive teams
- Proven success in stakeholder collaboration and cross-team leadership
