Job Description
The IT Analyst will focus on problem-solving and work cross-functionally to bring clarity and impact through data. This role plays a pivotal part in designing data solutions and ensuring the quality and flow of information that drives business decisions.
What are the responsibilities?
As a IT Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
- Partner with technology teams to architect and implement data solutions
- Design data flows, transformations, integration, and controls to support analytics needs
- Coordinate with project teams to manage requirements and track progress
- Facilitate meetings, present documentation, and lead conversations to align all stakeholders
- Analyze complex systems and define transformation logic across data environments
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in a data-centric discipline
- 4+ years of experience in technical data projects with leadership exposure
- Expertise in TSQL and SQL Server Integration Services
- Familiarity with ETL methodologies and data integration patterns (API, streaming, batch)
- Strong understanding of data warehouses and data lake architectures
- Experience with Azure Data Lake and Databricks is a plus
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
