The Financial Reporting Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating teams and collaborating with partners to oversee accounting transactions. You will lead efforts to increase efficiency, while maintaining financial accounting controls and adherence to standards and requirements.

The Financial Reporting Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating teams and collaborating with partners to oversee accounting transactions. You will lead efforts to increase efficiency, while maintaining financial accounting controls and adherence to standards and requirements.
What will you do?
As a Financial Reporting Supervisor, you will:
- Lead various projects, ensuring financial record integrity and proper accounting controls.
- Organize team activities related to career development and planning.
- Collaborate with company partners to complete financial reporting, analysis, statement audits, and rate filings.
- See data automation projects through to completion.
- Research possible technical accounting issues.
- Oversee financial statement preparation for GAAP and FERC.
- Ensure compliance with internal/external requirements and policies, such as GAAP, SOX, and FERC regulations.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
- 6+ years of multifaceted experience in Accounting
- Financial reporting experience required
- Experience supervising teams
- Technical accounting skills
- MS Office and PC skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPA preferred
