What is this position?
The ERP Specialist will be responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of the ERP system (E2) for a manufacturing company. Working closely with various departments, you will analyze business requirements to ensure optimal system utilization. Additionally, you will be involved in further developing existing E2 modules and implementing new modules to enhance operations.

What will you do?
As an ERP Specialist, you will:
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify ERP needs.
- Document ERP processes and progress updates on development activities.
- Evaluate the current IT infrastructure and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to ensure optimal system performance and resolve problems.
- Create functionalities and interfaces to improve user experience.
- Give technical support to users to maximize ERP utilization.
- Customize ERP applications through the development of specialized scripts and programs.
- Integrate new ERP software with systems.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, staying updated with the latest ERP upgrades and advancements.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business management, or a related field.
- Oracle SaaS ERP or SAP ERP business process integration certification.
- 2+ years experience in similar industry as ERP specialist.
- Experience in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Firm understanding of coding languages, ERP development tools, and business processes.
- Good attitude and a strong ability to work well on teams.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Some project management knowledge preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
