The Drafter will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and advancement of drawing/drafting processes and standards for a manufacturing company.

The Drafter will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and advancement of drawing/drafting processes and standards for a manufacturing company.
What will you do?
As a Drafter, you will:
- Generate computer-aided design (CAD) drawings from provided specifications and review for precision.
- Evaluate drafting data to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with management and installation/fabrication teams to make technical suggestions and carry out decisions made.
- Collaborate and communicate with other departments for drawings, modifications, and any performance issues that may arise.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
What are the requirements?
- Associate's degree in drafting/design technologies or related field preferred
- 3+ years of CAD operator experience
- Strong understanding of Inventor and Router-CIM Software and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with fabrication methods
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
