What is the position?
The Director of Commercial Development will oversee the delivery, revenue growth, and business development of transportation for specific regions. You will also be responsible for the management of pipeline and marine systems through forecasting and strategy analysis. 

 What will you do?
As a Director of Commercial Development, you will:

• Create and outline standards to be met for given marketing and asset areas to optimize goals. 

• Oversee activities of department management, assisting in the execution and evaluation of longterm objectives. 

• Ensure compliance with transportation service policies and procedures.

• Develop teams and employees through motivation, evaluation, and disciplinary action when needed.

• Enhance relationships with customers, providers, and other partners through effective communication, resolving issues, and analyzing opportunities for future growth. 

• Collaborate across departments to strengthen internal relationships and acquire new opportunities through strategy development. 

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

• Oversight or leadership experience required.

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, commercial, or business development and pipeline operations preferred.

• Ability to work in-person by both scheduling and callouts on job sites. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
