Job Description

What is the position?
The Developer will support application interactions using general technologies and languages to meet business standards for an oil and gas company.

What will you do?
As a Developer, you will:
  • Evaluate complex business standards, and generate technical specifications in order to design or redesign complex software applications and components.
  • Serve as technical resource for simulation, modeling, and analysis.
  • Implement industry best practices to test, imagine, implement and support solutions. 
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and security requirements are met for supported area.
What are the requirements?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related technical field. 
  • 5+ years of development experience.
  • Proficient with Development in needed language or technology (PI).
  • Experience carrying out large-scale projects from start to finish.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Experience with SQL Server and Reporting Services.
  • Experience with C#, .Net, and/or Java.
  • Experience in following iterative and agile SDLC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
