What are the responsibilities?
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards showcasing performance and project metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create impactful visual analytics
- Consolidate, clean, and model data from various systems to ensure consistent reporting
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting workflows
- Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends and support better decision-making
- Document dashboard standards and maintain reporting accuracy across platforms
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence or data analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard creation
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources (Excel, SharePoint, ERP systems)
- Familiarity with design/drafting workflows a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
