What are the responsibilities?
As an Associate Advisor, you will:
- Assist in developing and maintaining personalized financial plans that incorporate budgeting, insurance, estate planning, and goal setting
- Prepare for client meetings by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data
- Participate in client meetings and manage follow-up tasks
- Collaborate with lead advisors and external professionals (e.g., attorneys, CPAs, insurance representatives) to ensure coordinated, holistic advice
- Maintain and update client records and planning tools to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Proactively communicate with clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure a thorough, client-first planning experience
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Financial Planning, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a financial planning or advisory role
- Interest in pursuing Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification
- Understanding of estate planning, insurance planning, and retirement strategies a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
