What is the position?
The Associate Advisor will be responsible for supporting the delivery of comprehensive financial plans that help clients achieve their life goals. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow within a collaborative, client-focused firm and work closely with lead advisors to gain hands-on experience in estate planning, insurance, tax awareness, and long-term financial decision-making.

What are the responsibilities?
As an Associate Advisor, you will:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining personalized financial plans that incorporate budgeting, insurance, estate planning, and goal setting
  • Prepare for client meetings by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data
  • Participate in client meetings and manage follow-up tasks 
  • Collaborate with lead advisors and external professionals (e.g., attorneys, CPAs, insurance representatives) to ensure coordinated, holistic advice
  • Maintain and update client records and planning tools to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Proactively communicate with clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure a thorough, client-first planning experience

What are the requirements?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Financial Planning, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a financial planning or advisory role
  • Interest in pursuing Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification 
  • Understanding of estate planning, insurance planning, and retirement strategies a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
