What are the responsibilities?
As an A&D Manager, you will:
- Build and nurture connections with architects and designers to promote product specifications
- Deliver compelling presentations, CEUs, and events to showcase the brand’s value
- Collaborate with sales and showroom teams to support trade events and partnerships
- Grow participation in the Crew Trade Partner Program through relationship-building and education
- Track industry trends and project developments to identify strategic opportunities
- Provide updates on project pipelines and brand engagement activity to leadership
What are the requirements?
- 2+ years in A&D sales, business development, or luxury building product specification
- Existing network in the Miami A&D community is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Organized and proactive with a strategic mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and PowerPoint; HubSpot experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
