What are the responsibilities?
As a Tool and Die Maker, you will:
- Assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain progressive and close-tolerance stamping dies
- Set up and operate equipment used to produce die components
- Inspect and prepare materials and parts to ensure an efficient build process
- Perform die maintenance and repairs as needed
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Promote safety and participate in quality assurance processes
What are the requirements?
- Completed Tool and Die apprenticeship (preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in tool and die work
- Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing close-tolerance tooling
- Experience in metal stamping or precision machining
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime
- Solid math and mechanical problem-solving abilities
