What is the position?
The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible to investigate the maintenance, functionality, and designs of equipment, mechanical products, systems, and processes in gas plant and pipeline projects. This position will work closely with the tactical projects group and project managers to drive multiple range of projects through to closeout simultaneously.

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible to investigate the maintenance, functionality, and designs of equipment, mechanical products, systems, and processes in gas plant and pipeline projects. This position will work closely with the tactical projects group and project managers to drive multiple range of projects through to closeout simultaneously.
What will you do?
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill project requirements on schedule.
- Oversee mechanical & civil design scope.
- Focus on pig trap installation & upgrades and mainline valve & pipe replacements.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and offer diagnostic insights in response to natural gas compression & metering equipment challenges.
- Execute operational procedures according to specifications.
- Supervise equipment installation and maintenance.
- Partner with contractors and project team members to ensure that technical aspects of the project meet expectations, quality standards, and execution strategy; identify and implement technical improvements.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering
- 5+ years project engineering/ project management experience
- 2+ years natural gas facilities/ pipeline experience (overall 7+ years O&G industry experience)
- Experience working with onshore, domestic operator (direct or consultant)
- Knowledge of construction support & closeout
- Ability to travel (up to 3 times per month)
- MS Office Suite & CAD
- Ability to create or interpret drawings, blueprints, and computer-generated reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
