What is the position?
The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of engineering phases across various integrity maintenance projects. This role will drive improvements in performance, quality, and safety by implementing engineering management techniques and collaborating across teams to identify solutions.

What are the responsibilities?
As a Project Engineer, you will:

• Lead engineering efforts, developing strategies and coordinating with teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Guide quality control, manage project timelines, and communicate technical needs across teams.
• Engage with contractors and internal partners to uphold project standards and technical requirements.
• Develop commissioning plans, maintain project documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical expertise during project reviews and manage small projects or programs with low-risk profiles.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of experience in oil & gas industry
• 2+ years in project engineering (asset integrity, corrosion mitigation, or cathodic protection)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Focus on safety and collaboration
• Knowledge of engineering workflows, design principles, and project lifecycle processes
• Familiarity with PHMSA regulations (Codes 192 and 195) and non-destructive testing (NDT) technologies
• Experience with Power BI, Aconex, risk analysis, pipeline construction, or system flow analysis preferred
• PE, lead, corrosion control management, or asset integrity program management certification preferred
