- Process and review payment transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain and reconcile daily reports related to payment activity.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies or errors in transactional data.
- Support internal teams and external partners with payment-related inquiries.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and risk management.
- Assist with audits, account reviews, and reporting as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing operational initiatives.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Entry-level position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Proficiency in PC and software applications (Excel, payment systems, or accounting software a plus)
- Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
