What is the position?

The NGL Scheduler is responsible for overseeing monthly scheduling activities for the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will act as a key liaison between operations and customers, coordinating logistics while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What will you do?
As a NGL Scheduler, you will:

• Conduct scheduling for the region's gas plants and refineries.
• Coordinate transportation between operations and customers.
• Communicate with stakeholders on necessary information required for planning deliveries and receipts.
• Build strong, positive relationships with customer contacts to position the company as the preferred service provider.
• Identify and cultivate business development opportunities through customer interactions.
• Provide NGL commercial business reports, including open position/inventory schedules, historical volume movements, customer nomination changes, and others. 
• Track and relay refinery data and variations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the prompt and accurate ticket distributions.
• Oversee tasks related to product nominations.
• Assist in invoice and other volume-related resolutions.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Carry out other responsibilities as needed.

What are the requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years experience with NGL scheduling preferred
• Strong experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• RightAngle experience preferred
• Experience with plan development, schedule developments, cost estimating, scope planning, and budgeting
• Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
• Ability to work on teams and independently 
• High level of analytical thinking skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
