What is the position?
The Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting projects and assets related to improving efficiency, new construction, and facility performance. The technician will conduct data and document management with routine technical analysis.

The Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting projects and assets related to improving efficiency, new construction, and facility performance. The technician will conduct data and document management with routine technical analysis.
What will you do?
As an Engineering Technician, you will:
- Implement efficient mechanical integrity programs.
- Collaborate with various teams and field office personnel to coordinate mechanical integrity inspections, analyses, and documentation.
- Manage document updates for mechanical integrity policies and procedures.
- Assist in contract resource and project budget management.
- Ensure data integrity, reliability, and accessibility.
- Keep production information up-to-date with relevant data.
- Provide key information from data to other engineers and stakeholders.
- Provide analyses and evaluations for management and stakeholders.
- As required, assist with regulatory determinations.
- Remain updated on relevant technical developments.
- Adhere to all environmental and safety guidelines.
What are the requirements?
- Associate's degree in engineering technology, engineering, or related field or 5+ years of experience in mechanical/asset integrity and reliability programs
- Experience in oil & gas industry preferred; base understanding of oil & gas required
- Proficiency in data management, data analysis, and MS suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player, detail-oriented, and creative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
