What are the responsibilities?
As an Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Lead the development and enhancement of power systems for pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities.
- Integrate technologies such as automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage.
- Design and enforce safety measures including arc flash mitigation and fault detection.
- Oversee project lifecycles from concept through completion, ensuring technical and budget alignment.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions.
- Support and mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and development.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4-8 years of engineering experience in natural gas, data centers, or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NEMA, API, and IEEE standards
- Experience with arc flash studies and power distribution systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- PE license and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Experience with PLCs, project management, and instrumentation systems including HMI and Pre-FEED/FEED/EPC phases preferred
