Job Description

What is the position?
The Civil Drafter will be responsible for performing drafting and design for an energy company, managing facility data and ensuring compliance with data management programs.


What are you going to do?
As a Civil Drafter you will:

  • Create 3D models and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Develop and maintain various plans and drawings, including site and foundation plans, erosion control, and steel details.
  • Provide technical support for complex engineering projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of drawings, from initial design to as-built completion.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to determine project needs.


What are the requirements?

  • Associates Degree in Design/Drafting, Industrial Design, Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of Drafting experience
  • Previous experience in the energy industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Concrete and steel background
